Rolf Kühn (født 29. september 1929) er en tysk jazzklarinetist og saxofonist. Han er den ældre bror til pianisten Joachim Kühn .
Han boede i USA fra 1956 til 1959. John Hammond sammenlignede ham positivt med Benny Goodman . I 2008 grundlagde han band med Christian Lillinger, Ronny Graupe og Johannes Fink.
Rolf Kühn var blandt hundredvis af kunstnere, hvis materiale blev ødelagt i 2008 Universalbranden .
